The Vittorio sella hut is situated at 2588 m, in the heart of the Italy's most prestigious National Park, among the mountains of the Grand Paradis' group. The well-exposed Lauson area, where the hut is situated, is perfectly snow-capped from November to May and it offers you some of the most suggestive ascents and traverses of the Grand Paradis' chain.

The hut consists of a confortable double two-storey building with 160 beds and restaurant service. One of the buildings is the properly renovated ancient hunting lodge of the late Italian king Victor Emmanuel II. In order to offer a better service to mountain lovers, the hut is open and guarded without break from the week before Easter until the end of September.
