GRAN SERZ
Gran Serz 3552 m.
Start: Vittorio Sella hut 2588 m
Drop: 964 m

The most classic and frequented top. Through a short and snowy canal, go from the Lauson Glacier to the Gran Val Glacier. Easy rocks lead you to the top. Extraordinary view.
PUNTA DELL'INFERNO
Punta dell'Inferno 3393 m.

Very interesting excursion from the skiing point of view. It needs stable snow. Along the Costa Verde valley, at the foot of the sharp slope leading to the Colle del Tuf (3255 m) and to the top.
TRAVERSE OF PUNTA NERA
Punta Nera 3683 m.

Exposition: S (descent - N)
Wonderful itinerary at the foot of the Monte Grivola. It requires stable snow and a good knowledge of high mountain terrain. Through a sharp canal leading to the Colle della Nera (3.492 m.), from where you easily reach the Punta Nera (3.683 m.). Descent along the Trajo Glacier (crevasses) until the neck at the foot of the Grivoletta, and from here to the Vallone del Trajo to Epinel (1.450 m, hamlet of Cogne). One of longest descents in the Aosta Valley (2.200 m.).
TRAVERSE OF PUNTA ROSSA

Exposure: S (descent - NE)
Up to the Colle della Rossa (3.195 m) where you go across and up to the top. In unstable conditions, it is better to go down along the wide Vallone di Vermiana (this gives an excellent to the valley). From the Punta Rossa (extremely wide view) down to the Vallone del Pousset and the Alps Les Ors in Cretaz (1.499 m). This is another of the most famous descents in the Aosta Valley.
