1 Where not differently specified, the costs are expressed in Euro and they do not inlude extra fees.

2 Customer’s credit card number is required only to guarantee the good outcome of the reservation. The validity of the credit card will be checked.

3 All the timetables mentioned in this website concern the summer time (DST) in force in Italy.

4 By signing and confirming this agreement, the customer acknowledges legal validity, even in case of controversy, to the file of this website’s computer system.

5 In case of controversy, the Court of Aosta is the competent one. Cancellation policy:

6 Since the customer makes a reservation, the hut undertakes to offer the required services for the required period of stay.

7 The customer can cancel a reservation with no additional fees if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the date of arrival; if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the date of arrival, the customer must pay the cost of the first night. If requested, the confirmation deposit is non-refundable "ART. 1385".

8 If the customer does not go to the hut and he does not cancel the reservation by e-mail, he must pay the cost of the first night; if the customer arrives to the hut but he does not want to stay, he must pay the cost of the first night.

9 In case of non-fulfilment by the customer, all the fees are charged using credit card’s data given during the reservation procedure. Every cancellation must be made by e-mail.

10 All reservation with no deposit must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the customer must pay 30% of the whole stay.

On the application of the articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, I specifically accept the clauses at the points 7,8,9 and 10.
